Shipping Process

• Customer places their order with their supplier and DFS is provided with a copy;
• An online booking is completed at www.diamondfreight.com.au; or
• Customers email us with supplier details, number of pieces, total weight, Dimensions/cubic measurement, Terms of shipment {Air, Sea or Road) & Origin Destination Details.

Then...

• DFS send an electronic routing order and place a booking
• DFS send a booking confirmation to our customer (Webtracker is uploaded with this info)
• Cargo moves from A to B by Air Sea or Road
• DFS arrange Customs Clearance at country of destination (Webtracker is uploaded with the customs entry copy and all other documentation including Bill of
• Landing/Airway bill, commercial invoice, packing list, packing declaration, fumigations certificates, certificate of origins for customer viewing)
• Invoicing is issued (Webtracker is uploaded)
• Goods delivered as per customer instructions/requirements

Process Warehousing/Distribution

• FCL(full container load)  / LCL (loose cargo load) / Airfreight is transported to DFS warehouse once goods are released by customs

• Goods are checked into our warehouse and recorded
• DFS provide an outturn report to customer
• Unpack, Storage & Distribution upon instruction of our customers
• Upon final delivery of goods in all states of Australia POD (proof of delivery) is provided

Warehouse Security

• ID cards are to be sighted and worn in warehouse facilities
• Visitor sign in book to be completed
• Building has Security Gates, Alarm & 24hr Surveillance
• Warehouse is 450 square meters.
